Q. How can other people at my company get access to Thrusher?

A. Anyone in your company can go to https://thrusher.com and sign up for an account. You can invite members from your organization to access your Thrusher account.

Q. Can Thrusher help optimize costs across multiple AWS accounts?

A. Yes! Thrusher is designed to work with organizations of all sizes, including those with multiple AWS accounts. Our platform can aggregate and analyze data across your entire AWS organization.

Q. How often is the cost data updated in Thrusher?

A. Thrusher provides near real-time cost updates. Most data is refreshed hourly, with some metrics updated in real-time for immediate insights and anomaly detection.

Q. Is it possible to set up custom alerts for cost spikes?

A. Absolutely! Thrusher allows you to set up customized alerts based on various metrics, including sudden cost increases, resource utilization thresholds, and budget overruns.

Q, I have free AWS credits. Can Thrusher help?

A. Yes, Thrusher supports customers on AWS credits, your credits runway will increase as Thrusher brings down your actual usage costs.

Q.What permissions am I handing off?

A.Our permissions are at the billing layer only. We ask you to join our AWS organization and use only IAM roles and permissions to perform all the required cost optimizations and AWS APIs to enable these savings.

Q. Do I risk our actual AWS environment because of Thrusher?

A.Thrusher would have ZERO ability to modify your environment. There is zero-touch to your infrastructure; thus, there is no chance for any server downtime or interruptions to your developer workflows!
